Fuji apple, cored and diced

raw pumpkin (roasted)

sunflower seed kernels, toasted

In large bowl mix mizuna, apple, roasted squash, radish and sunflower seeds.

In a separate bowl, make the dressing: olive oil, agave, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toss the salad with the dressing when ready to serve.
