1mix together dry ingredients (using 1/4 cup flour, flax, melted butter and succanat for topping mix)
2mix together wet ingredients.
3Set oven to 400 and spray muffin tins with Pam.
4mix together gently and spoon into muffin pan.
5spoon topping onto batter
