Add pasta to boiling water. Stir while returning to boil, cook pasta until tender (8 to 10 minutes). Drain

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray (not listed). Add garlic and onion. Saute until tender.

Dice chicken breast and add it to the skillet, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked to minimun internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Add tomato, basil and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine Spinach, chicken mixture and pasta. Mix well. Place in a 2" steamtable pan.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and bake in a 375 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
