Bring a gallon of Water (not listed) to a boil. Add the macaroni and stir while returning to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook until tender. Drain macaroni.

In a skillet, combine ground turkey, olive oil and onion. Cook, stirring to brake up meat, until no pink is visible. drain excess fat.

Add tomatoes, peppers, garlic and wine. Simmer slowly for 1 hour.

Combine macaroni and sauce in a 2" steamtable pan. Bake uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle chooped basil on top.
