1Spray half pan with vegetable oil spray(not listed).Layer potato and tomato slices, alternating rows, and slightly overlapping.
2Sprinkle cheese on top of potato and tomato slices.
3Pour over milk over casserole.
4Sprinkle shallots, rosemary, salt and pepper over casserole.
5Cover pan with foil.
6Bake in a 375 degree F convection oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. remove from heat. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
