PARE AND SLICE CUCUMBERS IN 1/8 INCH SLICES.
SLICE ONIONS IN 1/8 INCH SLICES.
1. TRIM, WASH, AND PREPARE SALAD VEGETABLES AS DIRECTED ON RECIPE NO. A03100.
PARE AND SLICE CUCUMBERS TO 1/8 INCH; AND SLICE ONIONS TO 1/8 INCH.
2. COMBINE SLICED PARED CUCUMBERS AND SLICED ONIONS.
3. COMBINE SALT, PEPPER, SUGAR, VINEGAR, AND WATER; BLEND WELL.
4. POUR OVER CUCUMBER AND ONIONS.
5. COVER; REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 1/2 HOURS. KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY
TO SERVE.
