Heat olive oil and Grill or saute chicken breasts until 3/4 done.

In a skillet, wilt spinach slightly, use a splach of water or oil as needed

Plate Chicken Breasts, top with spinach, cheese, tomato and bacon and parsley and serve, or place under broiler and allow cheese to melt.
