GREEN CHILE SAUCE

Season the chicken breasts all over with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and montreal seasoning.

Bake or Grill Chicken until Done

In Skillet bring coconut milk to boil, reduce to simmer and allow to reduce by half, about 10 minutes or so

Remove Coconut milk from heat, stir in green chile puree, salt and pepper to taste

Plate or Pan Chicken, and top with sauce, Garnish with diced tomatoes, or diced red bell pepper.
