Cook fish in 1 tablespoon oil for 2-3 minutes per side at medium heat.

Saute rest of oil, vegetable and garlic.

Add remaining ingredients (except scallops and shrimp)and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add scallops and shrimp and simmer for 10 more minutes.

Can add red pepper flakes if you prefer over red curry paste.
