Spray down the 8 inch pan with low-fat cooking spray.

Base; mix graham cracker crumbs with the melted low-fat butter and spoon into the prepared pan and create crust.

Chill to set for; about 30 minutes in fridge.

Mix and beat the Quark cheese with the Greek yogurt until smooth. Gradually add the dissolved and cooled jello until well blended then fold in the sliced strawberries.

Pour in the prepared graham cracker pan and chill to set, about 1 1/2hours.

To serve, release the cheesecake from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
