tablespoonsoy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

tablespooncilantro, fresh, chopped

cupsbrown rice, long grain
Steps
Sequence Step
1Peel and devein shrimp
2Cut each pineapple slice into 4 wedges
3In a small sauce pan combine 4 TBL of the marmalade, 1/2 c water and the soy sauce. Brush some of the mixture on the shrimp/pineapple skewers.
4Cook on uncovered grill over medium heat for 4 minutes then turn over and grill another 4 minutes.
5Return remaining marmalade to small pan and heat to a boil.
6Cook rice and put in a bowl. Add the 2 remaining TBL of marmalade and cilantro. Drizzle sauce over skewers and rice - and serve
