1Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat.
2Cut the pork into small slivers with an extra sharp knife and add to the skillet. Cook the meet for roughly 7 minutes, stirring and flipping continuously.
3After about 5 minutes, add the broccoli and red pepper
4At the 7 minute mark, add the soy sauce, pepper flakes, peanuts and ginger; cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the meat is well done. Serve and enjoy.
