Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture over paper and pack down, flat

Bake until the granola turns light golden brown, about 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, remove from oven and mix, checking frequently so as not to burn.

When done, pull out and let cool. Break up into desired chunks and serve with a scoop of nonfat plain yogurt mixed with lemon zest.
