1Mix dry ingredients
2Add EVOO, then H2O
3Roll out on greased baking sheet-very thin 1/16-1/4 inch thick
4Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until just cooked through
5Shut off oven and turn broiler on high
6Remove from oven and cut into 1x1 square with pizza cutter
7Place crackers back in to broil on the closest shelf to the broiler-broil 1 minute and check, remove any crackers that are looking quite browned-broil 30 more seconds, remove done crackers, flip any remaining-broil 30 more seconds, remove, broil 30 more seconds, they should all be done by now, if not keep broiling at 30 sec intervals
