Mix 3 tbsp hot water with 1 tbsp flax seed. Let set 5-10 minutes

Mix 6 tbsp coconut flour with 1-1.5 tbsp coconut oil, add flax seed mixture, press into 9 in baking dish and bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees

Remove crust from oven, add berries and crumble topping (2 tbsp coconut flour, 6 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp coconut flakes and 2 tbsp crushed walnuts. Bake for 15 more minutes.
