1Combine tomatoes, water, rice and onion. Stir in garlic and thyme. Bring mixture to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2Heat and slice ham steak
3Add ham, peas, shrimp, parsley, and cayenne pepper
4Cover mixture and cook till heated through.
