| 1 | In a medium mixing bowl, combine meat, chili, garlic, and salt. Mix well with a fork or
your hand until all is well incorporated. Form the meat into two patties. Cook the
burgers for about 10 minutes, turning every few minutes to cook evenly. | 2 | As the burgers cook, drain the beans and put them in a blender of food processor. Blend
on medium with the jalapeño, mint, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer puree to a
