1Prepare the chicken any way you’d like: grill it, boil it, bake it, pan sear it; each way works well. Once cooked, shred the chicken and sliver the onions and the carrots. Combine all in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
2In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili and honey. Pour over the chicken mixture and combine. Scoop out equal portions onto the wraps. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, roll up, and serve. Can be served warm or cold.
