1Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2Grease or spray with Pam, 6 large muffin tins or cups, or 12 normal muffin tins.
3In a bowl beat the eggs with Agave syrup by hand or using an electric mixer.
4Add the melted butter or vegetable oil and mix well.
5Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and baking powder, and mix gently.
6Bake at 350 degrees until a until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 20 to 25 min for small muffins / 35 min for large muffins.
