Steps

1Preheat oven to 350
2butter 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper
3Mix oatmeal, almonds, and cocnut together and place on a sheet pan.
4Bake oatmeal mixture for 10-12 minutes
5Place baked oatmeal mixture in a large bowl and stir in wheat germ
6Reduce oven heat to 300
7Place butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan.
8Bring ingredients in saucepan to a boil over medium heat
9Cook sugar mixture while stirring for one minute
10Pour sugar mixture over oatmeal mixture.
11Add dried fruit and stir
12Lightly press entire mixture into 9x13 pan.
13Bake for 25-30 minutes.
14Cool bars for 2-3 hours before cutting into squares.
