Preheat oven to 350

butter 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper

Mix oatmeal, almonds, and cocnut together and place on a sheet pan.

Bake oatmeal mixture for 10-12 minutes

Place baked oatmeal mixture in a large bowl and stir in wheat germ

Reduce oven heat to 300

Place butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan.

Bring ingredients in saucepan to a boil over medium heat

Cook sugar mixture while stirring for one minute

Pour sugar mixture over oatmeal mixture.

Add dried fruit and stir

Lightly press entire mixture into 9x13 pan.
