PLACE VEGETABLES ON GRILL RACKS OR IN 4 INCH PERFORATED FULL PANS.

COOK FOR 6 MINUTES USING THE "GRILLED VEGETABLES" SETTING ON THE RATIONAL OVEN.

CONVECTION OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

PEPPER IN BOWL. POUR OIL OVER VEGETABLES IN LARGE, SEPERATE BOWL. TOSS TO COAT WELL.
ADD SEASONING TO MIXTURE AND TOSS TO COAT WELL.
2. PLACE VEGETABLES IN PERFORATED FULL PAN (SET ON A SHEET PAN OR INSIDE A SOLID FULL PAN.
3. COOK AT 300 F. FOR 5 MINUTES, STIR AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 3-5 MINUTES. VEGETABLES SHOULD
BE TENDER. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THEM.
CCP: HEAT T0 140 F. FOR 15 SECONDS. HOLD FOR SERVIEC AT 140 F. OR HIGHER.
