CHOP PEPPERS BEFORE MEASURING.
MELT SHORTENING BEFORE MEASURING. SALAD OR OLIVE OIL MAY BE USED

1. DICE CORNED BEEF. SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4.

2. SAUTE ONIONS AND PEPPERS IN SHORTENING OR SALAD OIL UNTIL TENDER. STIR
FREQUENTLY. SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4

3. COOK POTATOES IN SHORTENING OR SALAD OIL FOR APPROX. 5 MINUTES.

4. ADD CORNED BEEF, ONIONS AND PEPPERS TO POTATOES. COOK FOR 5 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. ADD SALT AND PEPPER, MIX THOROUGHLY.
