Break up lettuce into large bowl. Add next five ingredients.

In a small bowl or jar with a lid, add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour Dressing over raw vegetables and toss well.

Note: Do not add dressing ahead of time as lettuce will wilt.

To cut the fat content, use 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fat free chicken or vegetable broth.
