Sequence Step
1Chop vegetables (including canned tomatoes if not using canned diced). Combine partially frozen chicken with rest of ingredients in medium slow cooker.
2Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn down to low. Simmer for 5 to 7 hours.
3Serve over spaghetti or egg noodles
