| 1 | Preheat oven to 350F | 2 | Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. | 3 | Mix all ingredients but tomato sauce in large bowl (I just mix with clean hands). Reserve half of grated parmesan for later. | 4 | Form loaf and drop onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
