Preheat oven to 350F

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients but tomato sauce in large bowl (I just mix with clean hands). Reserve half of grated parmesan for later.

Form loaf and drop onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Allow to rest for 2min.

Cover with tomato sauce (choose a lower carb sauce if available).

Sprinkle loaf with remaining cheese.

Bake for 60 minutes.
