1clean waxed beans
2blanch waxed beans
3cook blanched beans in just enough salted water to cover
4prepare a rue - heat oil in a shallow pan
5press garlic into heated oil and saute for a few seconds on medium heat
6add two tablespoon of flour and slightly grown - with care
8let it up with some water and from the cooking liquid from the beans
9when beans are cooked mix in the rue and let it cook for 3 to 5 min
10when served add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and some more sour cream
