Combine first 5 ingredients in med bowl, whisk well

Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, saute in olive oil over med-high heat, 6 min on each side

Remove chicken from pan, add vegetables and 2T chicken broth, saute 5 min

Return chicken to pan, add broth to moisten

Bring to a boil, cover reduce heat and simmer 15 min
