cupsVegetables, mixed (15 oz can) drained

cupcorn, frozen - thawed

cupsSoup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium

cups (8 fl oz)water

Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground beef. When almost browned, add onions and sauté until tender.
2Add all vegetables. You can change the vegetables to anything that you have on hand. If you use fresh vegetables, you may need to simmer the soup longer.
3Add seasonings. You may use Italian seasoning instead of oregano if you like. (I do.)
4After bringing to a boil, let simmer for about an hour or more until seasonings have blended.
5This soup is really better the next day.
