Steps
Sequence Step
1cook jumbo pasta shells for about 9-10 minutes; drain on wax paper and let cool.
2heat oven to 350 degrees
3in large skillet brown the meat; then drain.
4mix together in large bowl : meat ( ground in more finely in blender first for smoother texture), eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
5Fill each shell with about 2 TBSP of meat filling.
6spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan (9x13)
7place filled shells in prepared dish, cover with remaining sauce.
8sprinkle with extra cheese if desired
9cover with foil to bake for 45 mins or til hot and bubbly.
