Prepare ingredients. Separate and cut broccoli florets into bit size pieces

Add oil to non-stick skillet or wok and heat to medium/high heat. Add celery and broccoli and stir constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add peppers, snow peas and green onions, stirring for another 3 to 5 minutes. Add bok choy, stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic, stir for 1 to 2 minutes.

Toss in almond slivers. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
