Combine sweet potatoes, carrots, olive oil, brown sugar and salt in a large baking dish.

Pour 1 c broth over veggie mixture.

Bake 45-55 minutes at 375, until veggies are caramelized and broth is absorbed.

Puree mixture with cream cheese and 1/2 c broth.

Reheat if needed.
