Sequence Step
1Brown hamburger, add onion and garlic, cook until onion starts to soften.
2Add sliced mushrooms, breaking up a bit with spoon. Cook until soft.
3Add 1-2 Tbs flour, stir and cook for about a minute. Add wine and broth, stir until thickened. If too thick add more broth. Add sour cream and season to taste with salt substitute and pepper. Add a dash of nutmeg to taste. Cook until heated through, serve over noodles.
