1Mix all ingredients (except cabbage) into a large bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
2Shred cabbage into thin slices.
3Toss cabbage in bowl with dressing and refrigerate for 1 and half hours to let flavors meld. Toss once or twice while refrigerating.
