1Cover chicken breast (boneless, skinless) with garlic salt. Place in pie plate or pan in toaster oven or oven at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes (until done) Mix greens and what ever other ingredients you are using. Shred or dice chicken and add while still hot. Add dressing and serve with a crust of baguette
