1preheat oven to 375
2mash beans till thick and pasty
3in food processor, chop pepper, onion, garlic and add to beans
4in small bowl, mix egg white, chili powder, cumin and hot sauce
5add egg mix to beans. mix in oats till sticky and holds together. divide into 4 patties
6bake 10 minutes on each side
