Roast oats, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at around 350 F to make mars crunchy.

Meanwhile, chop apricots and toss in flour with currants.

Heat molasses and sugar together, while stiring over medium heat until comes to boil. (Use black strap molasses to increase teh iron content)

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour in molasses mizture and stir in rapidly until all dry ingredients are coated.

Press mixture onto tray to 1/2 inch thick, using plastic wrap on top to keep it from sticking to your hands (not because your hands get messy, but because it is impossible to keep the mixture in teh pan otherwise).
