Basically an omelet made in muffin tins. Fill 3 muffin cups 3/4 full with fillings such as ham, peppers, onions, cheese. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients.

Pour over fillings to top of muffin cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. Cool 5 min and serve.
