Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat olive oil a medium skillet over medium high heat
2Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, and brown in skillet.
3Remove chicken from skillet and drain on a paper towel. Distribute chicken evenly on the lettuce.
4Sprinkle cheese on chopped vegetables, add 2 tablespoons of Greek dressing, toss and evenly distribute on top of chicken.
5Roll lettuce up into manageable wraps.
