cupWhite beans, drained and rinsed

cupwheat flour, wholewheat

cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350
2Puree rinsed and drained white beans, bananas, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon
3In separate bowl, cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy
4Add puree mix to sugar/butter.
5Gently mix in flour and baking soda
6Fold in chocolate chips
7Distribute evenly into parchment lined muffin tin *I use an ice cream scoop
