1. Use cooked chicken or cook raw chicken in oven for 20 minutes. When cooked, cut chicken into cubes or small pieces.

2. Drain can of beans and measure out 1 cup. Microwave 1 cup of black beans until hot and moderately soft.

3. Microwave frozen broccoli in bag designed to steam vegetables.

4. Divide out 1/4 of the broccoli.

5. Combine cooked/cubed chicken, broccoli, and black beans into a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
