1Defrost chicken
2Boil water for the rice
3Follow instructions on the rice bag/box, adjusting for 2 cups of rice
4Set the oven to broil
5Put foil over a pan, and drizzle it with olive oil
6Evenly spread salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken, and rub the spices into the meat
7Broil for about 6 minutes on one side, and then flip. After 4 minutes check the bottom of the chicken. If it looks brown, cut it in the middle. It shouldn’t be pink at all. If it’s not, it’s done. If it is, leave it in the oven for another two minutes, and then test again.
