Mince Garlic and put in a skillet on medium heat with olive oil

Chop all vegetables and sausage to desired size and place in skillet

season with salt and pepper and any other desired spices

(optional) While stir-fry is cooking, make a pot of quinoa (follow instructions on package)

Spoon cooked stir-fry on a bed of quinoa (recommended), rice, pasta, or by itself
