Once that cooks a little bit longer, put in half (4 oz) of the cheese. Keep pan on simmer, while you wait on brown rice to cook.

Cook rice according to package and once fully cooked, mix it with the meat mixture.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then proceed to stuff the 4 bell peppers with the meat mixture and top with the rest of the cheese. Then put the peppers in the oven for 30 minutes.
