Put olive oil in pan and cook 2 chicken breasts until fully cooked.

Tare lettuce with your hands into small bites sized pieces and place in large bowl.

Cut up the red onion into slices and throw it in with the lettuce along with the cheery tomatoes.

Slice up the chicken breasts and put in top of the salad.
