1Put 8 eggs in a pot and fill with water until the eggs are fully covered. Boil for 10-15minutes.
2Then cool the eggs with ice and slice them up.
3Tear the lettuce with your hands in a large bowl.
4Slice up the tomato and the onion and put it in with the lettuce.
5Add the eggs to the top of the salad and top nonfat mozzarella cheese and with whatever dressing of your choosing.
