Put 8 eggs in a pot and fill with water until the eggs are fully covered. Boil for 10-15minutes.

Then cool the eggs with ice and slice them up.

Tear the lettuce with your hands in a large bowl.

Slice up the tomato and the onion and put it in with the lettuce.

Add the eggs to the top of the salad and top nonfat mozzarella cheese and with whatever dressing of your choosing.
