Ingredients:
Corn Tortillas
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 can of green chilies
1 package of shredded cheese
1 onion
1 can of enchilada sauce

Combine the black beans, corn, green chilies, and onions in a skillet and lightly cooked them. Heat the tortillas and place in the baking dish. After the vegetables are heated up, combine half of the enchilada sauce with cheese and the vegetables. Once this is done, fill the tortillas and cover them with the remaining enchilada sauce and top with cheese. Finally bake in the oven at 375 F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
