Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting fat and salt.

While pasta cooks, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat an coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; add chicken to pan and saute for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and garlic to pan and saute for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Stir in pasta, spinach, basil, vinegar and oil. Top with cheese.
