Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large skillet, cook beef until browned on both sides. Remove from heat, drain.
2In a large pot, mix broth with gravy mix. Add beef and cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Add vegetables and bay leaf.
3Reduce heat to low/medium-low and add spices. Cook until beef is done and vegetables are soft. Remove bay leaf and celery.
