1Pre-heat the cast iron on the stove for 5 minutes.
2Spread 1/8 of a tablespoon of butter to one side of one slice of bread and spread another 1/8 of a tablespoon of butter to the other slice of bread on one side.
3Place the slices of bread on the cast iron with the butter side facing downward.
4Wait until the bread starts turning brown and then spread 1/8 of a tablespoon on one slice of bread and then the remaining 1/8 on the other.
5Once you spread the remaining butter flip the bread. With the side you just spread the butter on facing downward.
6Once both sides are a brown remove them from the cast iron and turn it off.
7Then take 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam a spread it on one piece of toast and spread the other 1 tablespoon of jam on the other piece of toast and ENJOY.
